Astral Inn Hotel Leipzig

The breakfast was good, not any other 3 star hotel I have stayed around Leipzig. The room is more comfortable either. The hotel staff can speak perfectly english, obviously it's so important to guest like myself who doesn't speak Deutsch. Felt like I stayed in the 'real' hotel, if you know what I mean.

Hard to access. The nearest tram bahnhof is like almost 1km by walking. For those who have vehicle maybe would not be a problem, but for us visitors may be a problem.

If you are looking for a romantic place to stay with your fiance, this is not your place. But... If you travel and you need a comfy place ata a reasonable price, bingo, you have found it. But... Do not expect a lot, this is a standard hotel in an awful industrial area. But... Close to the motorway and far away enough from it, so there is no noise, except trains that pass some 20 m from the hotel! Good and standard breakfast, I would not expect to get more for 8 euros. Free parking, but paid internet. In short, good place for 1 night when you need to turn off the motorway and your way to somewhere else

Damn trains passing 20 m from the hotel. Fortunately, traffic stopped at night, but evening with an open wondow was not possible. Be careful taking keys, and ask for a room with windows on the western side. Otherwise, on a sunny summer morning you will wake up at 4.30 with a room full of day light. But it is not that bad as it seems when you read this comment.

great hotel, friendly staff who speak English well, good breakfast, overall good value for money. Don't agree with other on noise etc. Perfect place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money.

Photos of the hotel is deceptive. The hotel looks like a factory or prison building.

Really good value 4 money. We even enjoy the firework outside. Lovely breakfast

Friendly staff

Rooms facing south get hot in summer, but it's fine if you leave the windows open all the time.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult at night as the sign was tucked a way back from the road. Parking was sufficient.

Industrial buildings surround the hotel, and there was a funny smell that likely came from the adjacent businesses.

prijskwaliteit is goed, keurig schone kamer en douche, prima ontbijt en diner voor een schappelijke prijs

locatie en uitstraling is wat minder. harde matrassen en erg dunne dekbedden

Die Zimmer sind neu, keine Abnutzungserscheinungen, sauber und hell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffett reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Trotz einer größeren Feier im Restaurant fühlten wir uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und werden es gerne weiterempfehlen.
